What's New/System Updates

This area will show you any updates that have been made to the system recently, along with detail as to whether this change will affect how you use the system and any changes that you will need to make to the how you are using the system.
New Webinar 04/08/2018
New training resource added on 12/13/2020.Click here to view the webinar recording.
Ability to delete Youth Data records 04/08/2018
You can now delete Youth Data records. Deleting these records will not remove the Youth record from the system, it will only remove them from the selected Grant Year.
Youth Data tab available to assign youth to a specific grant 03/12/2018
You can assign youth to a grant through the Youth Data tab. Youth can be assigned to more than one grant if they participated in more than one year of the program. Youth should be made 'active' within the current grant program so that they show up as currently served. Step-by-step instructions can be found here.
UEI/SAM.gov registration status and deadline now available on About tab 03/12/2018
The About tab shows your organization's UEI number and expiration in the SAM.gov system. When you update your SAM.gov registration, you can submit for your SAM.gov expiration date to be updated by clicking on "Update SAM.gov Date". When you enter a new expiration date and click on "Save and Close" your updated expiration date will be confirmed and then updated in the system.
Change to entering personnel start and end date 03/01/2018
The personnel section of the Budget form has been updated to include the employee start date and end date. Budgets approved prior to this update will convert the ‘effective date’ originally used to the ‘start date’ and will default the ‘end date’ to the end of the grant. You may change these dates during a budget modification process and the system will calculate the amount using the adjusted start and end dates entered.
Ability to filter grants on the Reimbursements and Active Sub-grant tab 03/01/2018
The subgrant and reimbursement page has been redesigned to allow for filtering the list by grant or status as well as searching by sub-grant name.
Monthly Reports available under Programs tab 03/01/2018
Monthly Reports are now live under the Programs tab. A webinar to assist you in completing your monthly report will be uploaded here soon.
"Approved Amount" added to reimbursement request line items 03/01/2018
In order to expedite the reimbursement review process, NPAL will now be able to approve any particular line item for less than the amount submitted. If this happens NPAL or FirstPic will reach out to the site first to explain why this is being done and a note will be included with the line item.
